Payments
Payments to be made in full upon booking. Confirmation of payment will secure your booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation up until 7 days before arrival will be 100% refundable.
Cancellation in the 7 days before arrival will be 50% refundable.
A no show will not be refunded.
Check in is from 2pm-8pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
Variations outside of these times must be arranged with Lynn and Ivan prior to securing your booking.

Children
Unfortunately we do not allow children onsite. We have made the conscious decision to designate the property to adults to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay.
Pets
We do not allow our occupants or visitors to bring their pets, large or small, onsite.
Visitors are admitted at the Managers discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
No visitors after 10pm.
